The draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On additional measures to strengthen the material and technical base of Akfa University” (ID-19254), developed by the Ministry of Health and published for discussion on regulation.gov.uz, was reviewed by the Antimonopoly Committee and conclusion is given in accordance with the methodology for assessing the impact of legislative acts on the competition registered in the Ministry of Justice, April 19, 2019 No. 3155 :
